The wine pours a bright straw yellow colour, with some greenish hints. Lively perlage, intense flowery scents of acacia flowers and fruity scents of yellow apple. Good intensity. Fresh, pleasant and harmonious.
Serving: Should be served at a temperature between 6 ° and 8 ° C, and to taste it a rather large tulip-shaped glass is recommended, which allows you to appreciate the aromas in their richness.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with legume and seafood soups, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats.
