The wine pours a bright straw yellow colour, with some greenish hints. Lively perlage, intense flowery scents of acacia flowers and fruity scents of yellow apple. Good intensity. Fresh, pleasant and harmonious.


Serving suggestions: should be served at the temperature between 6-8 C degree in a large tulip-shaped glass, which allows you to appreciate the aromas in their richness.

Pairings: It has become famous throughout the world as the king of the aperitif, a ritual that has now spread internationally, affirming a typically Italian style.
It is appreciated with fish and vegetable appetisers, even elaborate ones, first courses with seafood and baked fish dishes or throughout the meal.
