Pale pink colour. It has lively perlage and a persistent foam and intense aromas with floral scents of white and red flowers, accompanied by fruity notes such as apple, pear and hints of red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry. The taste is fresh and it is feels pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
Serving suggestions: should be served at the temperature between 6-8 C degree in a large tulip-shaped glass, which allows you to appreciate the aromas in their richness.
Pairings: This prosecco pairs beautifully with salmon and other sea-food, with sweet and savoury appetisers, shrimps, lobster, prawns and tuna carpaccio, fruits and light desserts. It is fantastic as an aperitif.
