We really want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if there is a need for an exchange or return, please be guided by the following rules:

Return of good quality goods:

A good quality product is considered to be the product that has preserved its presentation and consumer properties.

  1. If you change your mind or the product does not suit you, you can return any product purchased in the proseccocasanova.com online store.
  2. You have 14 days from the day of receipt of goods.
  3. You need to fill up the form Refund Form Request and Application for Refund . If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via customerservice@proseccocasanova.com.
  4. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity dust bags.
  5. In the return pack you need to include a copy of the order form, a copy of the receipt for the payment made, a copy of refund application and a copy of the packing list delivered by the carrier must be attached to the return notice. 
  6. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of opening or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

  8. After receiving and approving the return, we will transfer the funds to the card or bank account within 15 working days.
  9. Please note that refunds when returning an order are made only to a bank card according to the details provided in the Application for Refund, regardless of the method of payment.
  10. Refunds amount is the amount which doesn’t include your initial shipping cost. *Shipping cost supplied by third party company and it’s is a service which you already consumed at the moment of receiving ordered goods.
  11. Please note that there is no refund for self-shipping charges. All costs relating to the return of the goods shall be borne exclusively and in full by the buyer. You can do with your preferibile courier or we can arrange for you our courier at the price you paid initially for shipping goods.
  12. Customer bears the risk of redelivery of the goods to the Company, without prejudice to any action against the carrier. In this regard, the Customer is invited to insure, at their sole and full expense, the Products to be returned for a value at least equal to that indicated in the order confirmation email. The choice of the carrier for the return must be made by the Customer, who will be liable to the Company in the event of damage, theft or loss of the Products. In the event that the Products have been damaged during transport, the Company will promptly notify the Customer indicatively within two (2) business days from the date of receipt at the above address, to enable them to file a timely complaint against the carrier of their choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the Products will be made available to the Customer for their return and at the same time the request for withdrawal will be cancelled, since the Company cannot dispose of the Product.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

A product of inadequate quality is considered to be that product that does not meet the requirements for this category of goods in regulatory legal acts and regulatory documents, or the terms of an agreement with consumers.

  1. If a product of inadequate quality is found at the time of delivery by the courier or upon receipt of the product at the pickup point, it is necessary to issue an Act on the discrepancy between the quantity / quality. If a product of inadequate quality is found, a complete cancellation of the order is issued with a return form.
  2. In the event that you find a defect in the goods after receipt (when the courier has left), you need to write an application for the return of the goods and send a scan or photo of the application along with photos of the goods with a defect to customerservice@proseccocasanova.com . Applications are accepted within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Two photographs must be attached to the application for the return of goods: a photo of the product, a photo of the defect in close-up.
  3. Requirements for the return of the amount of money for the paid goods are subject to consideration within 10 days from the date of the corresponding request. Within 10 days from the date of the request for the return of goods of inadequate quality, the cost of the returned goods is refunded to the buyer.
