Returns & Refunds

We really want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if there is a need for an exchange or return, please be guided by the following rules:

1. If you change your mind or the product does not suit you, you can return any product purchased in the ww.proseccocasanova.com online store.
2. You have 14 days from the day of receipt of goods.
3. You need to fill up the form Refund Form Request . If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via info@prossecocasanova.com.
4. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging.
5. In the return pack you need to include a copy of the order form, a copy of the receipt for the payment made, a copy of refund application and a copy of the packing list delivered by the carrier must be attached to the return notice. 
6. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of opening or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

8. The costs of return remain the sole responsibility of the Buyer who has exercised the right of withdrawal. The Buyer is aware of, and accepts, that the rates for returning the Products may be different and higher than those paid for shipping. The return of the Products must take place no later than fourteen (14) days starting from the date on which you have expressed your willingness to withdraw from the contract.
9. After receiving and approving the return, we will transfer the funds to the card or bank account within 14 working days.
