Description
Casanova Prosecco Rosé DOC Brut Millesimato sparkling wine is produced with the of Glera grapes variety 88% and Pinot Noir 12% and is native to the Treviso area. This countryside area has the best soils and climate conditions that grants unique characteristics to the wine. The sparkling winemaking process used is called the ‘Metodo Charmat’- which involves a steel autoclave in compliance with the regulation of the material, obtaining a Brut Prosecco, exciting and perfect in all the occasions.
When poured, Prosecco Rose D.O.C. Brut Millesimato wine is a pale pink colour. It has lively perlage and a persistent foam and intense aromas with floral scents of white and red flowers, accompanied by fruity notes such as apple, pear and hints of red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry. The taste is fresh and it is feels pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
Serving suggestions
Should be served at a temperature between 6 ° and 7 ° C, and a rather large tulip-shaped glass is recommended to taste it, which will allow you to appreciate the aromas in their richness.
Pairings
This prosecco pairs beautifully with salmon and other seafood, with sweet and savoury appetisers, shrimps, lobster, prawns and tuna carpaccio, fruits and light desserts. It is fantastic as an aperitif.
